TCA Privacy Policy Statement

The Turkey Club America and More Than Life Inc (TCA) are committed to maintaining your privacy and providing you with options regarding the use of your personal information. If you ever have a question about our privacy policy or the personal information we may have on file and how we use it, please contact us using the form on our website.

Information collected from visitors using the public areas of our website

TCA does not collect any personal information from visitors browsing our website unless they voluntarily submit it through one of our forms requesting information or enrolling in a program. Only aggregate data—such as the number of hits per page—are collected. We can see the IP address and in some cases your provider's host name, but none of this data provides any personal information that tells us your identity.

Information collected from members who have registered for access to our members-only content

To gain access to the members-only areas of TCA's website, members are asked to register and provide some personal information. For members who have accepted a "cookie" or who have logged in to our site with their username and password for a single session, we are able to see the time and date you visited, the IP address, type of browser (e.g., Internet Explorer), and what pages you viewed on our site. This information is not disclosed outside of TCA or its contractors and is utilized to improve our website, determine what new content might be popular or valuable to our members, and to improve your browsing experience in the future.

Credit card account information

TCA does not disclose credit card account information that you may voluntarily provide to us during transactions by phone or through our secure website to anyone other than the credit card company that validates the charge for processing purposes. We also encourage our members not to use e-mail to communicate credit card information for their own personal security and privacy.

The way we use information

In addition to the uses outlined above, we use information you voluntarily provide for the purpose you intended, such as to complete registrations, renewals, or any other transaction that you requested through one of the forms on our website.

We may use members' names, postal addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses to communicate news, product and service offers or important informational updates that we think may be of interest to you. TCA does not sell or rent our members' personal information, addresses, e-mail addresses, or phone numbers.

TCA does share limited information such as mailing address and phone numbers with our TCA Certified Partners who offer valuable services to our members. All of our Certified Partners are legally and contractually obligated not to sell, rent, or share our members' information with any other companies or partners, and the only authorized use of our members' address or phone information is in regards to offers directly related to the service they are providing to TCA. They may not contact you for any other reason or without TCA's knowledge. TCA and our Certified Partners also may occasionally contract telemarketing firms to make calls on our behalf about our products and services, however those companies are also legally and contractually obligated to only use our members' phone numbers for the specific TCA-related or TCA Foundation campaign that they have been hired to execute.

You may request at any time to have your name, address, phone number, or e-mail address excluded from any type of communications. You can request that we only contact you through one of those methods of communication, or even specify what types of contacts you do not desire:

AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND TCA

The TCA Web Sites constitute various Web sites and Web pages operated by TCA or its affiliates (collectively, the "TCA Web Sites").

The TCA Web Sites are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the TCA Web Sites constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Additionally, the TCA Web Sites may themselves contain additional terms that govern particular features or offers (for example, special offers, blog or chat areas).

In the event that any of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein conflict with the terms and guidelines contained within any particular TCA Web Site, then these terms shall control.

TCA has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, TCA reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. TCA reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

TCA reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post, or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in TCA's sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. TCA does not control or endorse the content, messages, or information found in any Communication Service, and, therefore, TCA specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. TCA does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to TCA (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input, or submit to any TCA Web Site or its associated services (collectively "Submissions"). Software (if any) that is made available to download from the TCA Web Sites, excluding software that may be made available by end-users through a Communication Service ("Software"), is the copyrighted work of TCA and/or its suppliers. Your use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software ("License Agreement"). You may not install or use any Software that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement unless you first agree to the License Agreement terms. For any Software not accompanied by a license agreement, TCA hereby grants to you, the user, a personal, non-transferable license to use the Software for viewing and otherwise using the particular TCA Web Site in accordance with these Terms of Use, and for no other purpose provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. All Software is owned by TCA and/or its suppliers and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Butte County, California, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the TCA Web Sites. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
